A little „report“ with a big „THANK YOU“

A little „report“ with a big „THANK YOU“

I have made the decision a long time ago that my life will not be ruled by names, terms, titles, positions. Especially not in the way „tribes“, „natives“, political and interest cliques use them to sort people into different boxes that actually serve to exert their influence and control, to support prejudices and set limitations on everything around us. I don't believe in them as something useful or important. I don't believe in them as something good. Why should we even consider some roles to be small, be it in theater, orchestra, family, work, sports, society, when no role is small, and on the other hand consider other roles to be, by default, large, worthy of respect and being bowed to?

The only way a society and its individuals can win in this world full of deformation, insecurity, fear, anxiety, is to allow and expect out of every one of them to be a leader. Every one of them should and can be an inspiration to their friends, colleagues. To children. Everyone should and can take responsibility for their results. Everyone should and can nurture a positive spirit and give themselves with dedication.

Yes, it's always important to give our best, for our own interest as well as for society's benefit. That's the only thing all of us can give – our best. No matter the term: young, old, male, female, entrepreneur, public servant, wealthy or not, a child, an adult, lawyer, waiter, cleaning lady, president, doctor, cashier, driver… if all of us give our best, then every family, group, organization, school or society can grow perfectly and adapt, remain whole, sustainable, strong and worthy.

Every one of us can and should lead where we work and shine wherever we are at the moment: our job, our family, our local community. This is a big idea and should be encouraged at every turn. In our distinctive way we decided to support this idea and initiate it in our every day lives.

Having recently published our book „DISASTER – A Diagnosis of Modern Business“, a unique picture book that can serve as therapy for business people, we created something that in a humorous and very powerful but simple way encourages thinking about very serious and important themes of today's society and business world, breaking down steretypes, changing perceptions and reminding people that best things are made of short and clear words and images rather than a bunch of rules, regulations, norms and forms.

Reminding people that no role is too small and anyone can be a leader without a title, we remind them that anyone can be a true treasure if they give their best in someone's day. All the others we "deposit" in our PM Clinic but to learn more about it you'll have to get your hands on our book.

Inspired by wonderful reactions from our readers and all the amazing comments, we have decided to take care even more of the precious kind spirited, responsible, hard working people dedicated to their work, society and life in general. What we created is a positive, inspiring PM Clinic diagnosis on a card ready to be personalized and hand delivered to anyone who inspires us, thrills us with their work and behavior as we go about our days.

A small „specialist report“ with a big „THANK YOU“ has already thrilled, cheered up and thanked several good people, those who made us feel happy by being ambasadors of good will and dedication to what they do, helping us to still believe in the magic of humanity. Our little treasures - Marino, Ivan, Vili, Sanja, Tonka, Tea, Ana, Ante, Luka, Kata, Sara - waiters, cashiers, cleaning men, postmen, visionary teachers, tireless helpers, all candidates for a better tomorrow, all capable of greatness, all of them feeling like wonderful sun rays on our backs, all of them the day's reward, all of them dignified and proof that „there are no great deeds, only small deeds done from great love“.

If you ask me what success means in my day, there's a great chance I'll say it depends on how many brilliant eyes surround me, how many conversations that inspire the best in me, how many titleless leaders I encounter on my way and, of course, how hard I laugh that day! That's how I find meaning in life without searching for it.
